Greetings to all our dear users!

We are really excited to announce several new updates and improvements now available in your account. Over the last month we have continued to make significant improvements to TenantCloud with additional features to make life easier. Features include online partial payments from tenants, keys management, the new Vendor Expense Report and much more.

Here is a list of the new features now live in your account:

Online Partial Payments

Landlords can now allow tenants to make partial payments. For this, a landlord needs to allow online partial payments by turning it on in their online payments settings.

Keys Management

No need to mess with keys anymore! Now landlords and property managers have the ability to connect key numbers to each property or unit and reassign them when needed. You can add keys numbers in the new Keys and Locks section in general settings or directly when editing the property/unit.

Property Specs

We’ve improved the Edit property page by adding few more characteristics. Now landlords can record the information about their properties’ paint colors, door and lock types and colors, flooring type and attach files to them.

Vendor Expense Report

The new report allows landlords to view vendors’ and service professionals’ accounting based on when the transactions were created (including all the unpaid bills). Any blank or empty amounts in the Paid column are amounts that have not been entered as paid.

Multiple screening of the same rental application

We know how important it is to screen potential tenants after receiving their rental applications. We listened to feedbacks of our landlords and made it possible to do several types of screenings of the same rental application simultaneously.

Import of Properties/Units

The new import feature allows Landlords to upload to TenantCloud  their properties/units and contacts from a CSV file, making it easy to switch to TenantCloud and bring your previous data with you.

  • Client Management in Service Pro portal added.

We hope these features will enrich your experience with TenantCloud.

Stay tuned for our next update!
