That’s why we've continued working to expand your payment options. You can now pay with debit, credit, ACH, Apple Pay, or Google Pay—the choice is yours.
     
  • Find Your Perfect Home: Tired of scrolling endlessly through listings that don't match what you're looking for? Our app is here to help. We've curated a selection of rentals tailored just for you. Say hello to your dream home without the stress.
     
  • Online Applications Made Simple: Found a perfect spot for you to settle down? Send an application with just a few taps! We've sped up the process to help you get one step closer to that cozy new place as quickly as possible. Still on the fence about whether you need three bedrooms or that sweet pool with a jacuzzi? No sweat. Just tap the Heart button to add it to your 'Favorites,' take your time to decide, and never worry about losing out on that perfect rental.

County Search & Background Checks Now Powered by TazWorks

Introducing the updated Background Check tenant screening report powered by our new partner, TazWorks. Along with this upgrade, we also unveiled the Essential & Premium County Search reports, which are even more thorough screening additions that set TenantCloud property management software apart from the crowd.

  • Essential County Criminal Records Search ($15): Need insights into an applicant's local criminal history? Get real-time data from their current county of residence with just a click.
     
  • Premium County Criminal Records Search ($25): Dive deeper into an applicant's background with unlimited real-time searches across all counties they've lived in. This comprehensive search offers unparalleled coverage.

These searches happen in real-time, ensuring accuracy while taking 2-3 business days to complete. Now, landlords can effortlessly request a screening report from our array of 10 bundle options available. Our Tenant Screening is not just accurate; it's universal. Whether the applicant hails from New York or California, our screening process works seamlessly across all states, providing landlords with reliable data.

Introducing Back Rent Reporting, a feature that empowers tenants to take control of their credit journey like never before. Now, tenants can report up to 24 months of previous payment history, potentially improving their credit score.

  • Past & Ongoing: For a one-time fee of $49.95 plus $6.95 per month, tenants can report both past and ongoing rent payments for a comprehensive credit boost.
     
  • Ongoing Only: For just $6.95 per month, report ongoing payments, ensuring that current payment behavior is reflected positively on a credit report.
     
  • Past Reporting: Already on the ongoing rent reporting plan? Boost your potential for a one-time fee of $49.95 and report up to 24 months of full payment history.

Updated Dashboard

Rent Reporting + Free ACH Bundle

Tenants can now make ACH payments for FREE simply by activating ongoing Rent Reporting. We've streamlined the process to empower tenants to take control of their financial journey.

Here's how it works:

  • Activate ongoing Rent Reporting and enjoy free ACH payments each month you’re enrolled. Plus, all invoices will have $0 ACH transfer fees at checkout.

Note: Disabling rent reporting will activate ACH fees again. 

With this update, we're putting money back in your pockets and making it easier than ever to stay on top of finances.

Move-in/Move-out Inspections

We rolled out the long-awaited Move-in/Move-out Inspections tool!

This feature allows you to keep detailed records of the property’s condition when tenants move in and after they move out.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Move-in/Move-out Inspections are available for users in ALL plans, with limited records based on a subscription:

    • Starter - 15 inspections
    • Growth - 30 inspections
    • Pro and Business - Unlimited
       
  • Add up to 15 records to each section of the house, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and more.
     
  • Upload up to 10 pictures and a 5-second video of each condition, providing visual documentation for added clarity.
     
  • Users can provide titles to each section for easy organization, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed.

Here’s the best part: any fair or damaged records will automatically pop up a Maintenance Request for landlords and tenants.

Listings & Ribbons

Last but not least, we released Ribbons for property listings.

Landlords can now add a decorative ribbon on their property listing to showcase their property’s best features. Whether it's a stunning view, pool, or pet-friendly, a ribbon can help listings stand out from the rest.

  • Ribbons can be added when listing a unit or later on in the listing edit form, giving the flexibility to customize listings to perfection.
  • Best of all, it's a free feature available for all landlords, so they can start using it right away to attract more tenants.
  • Landlords can view Ribbons in their dashboard, while Tenants can spot them on the map and listing websites.
