We offer support to all of our users regardless of the plan you are on, but Priority Support is included with your TenantCloud Business Plan subscription. To access support, simply log in to your TenantCloud account and click on the "Question Mark" icon in the upper right corner, where you'll find options to visit our Help Center, submit a ticket, start a chat, or view our support phone number and email address.
Yes! Your tenants and property owners can access our Priority Support services for assistance with things such as learning how to navigate the tenant or owner portal, how to submit maintenance requests, or other technical issues they need help with.
While we aim to provide instant chat support as often as possible, it may not be available 24/7. Chat support is typically available during our standard business hours, and you can always submit a ticket or send an email if chat support is offline.
We strive to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours during business days. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the volume of tickets received.
