Overall a very good experience. I feel like TC meets our needs well, with additional features we haven't even explored yet. All at an extremely attractive price point for anyone in the business, small or large.

TenantCloud is user-friendly, low cost, & effective property management software. It allows you to manage property features, accounting, leases, listings, maintenance requests, etc. all in one place at a very affordable price. The TenantCloud team is always looking to improve the software and is very responsive to users needing assistance or users that have suggestions for improvements!

Online payments, financials, tenant screening, communication, reminders, etc. Basically I love everything about Tenant Cloud.

The listing syndication to various other websites made it easy to create one listing and have it populate in multiple places. The tenant screening process is simple. Customer service was fairly quick to get back to me when I reached out for support.

I really like the online application process and integrated tenant screening. This makes it easy to find tenants and keep units rented.

TenantCloud gives an extremely affordable option to purchase exactly what you need for your size of real estate business. We like the functionality of Tenant cloud with its accounting options, lease management, and end of year reporting to provide us what we need for our end of year tax reporting.

Digital signing of leases and other documents with applicants/tenants is one huge one, but online rent collection, managing maintenance, and advertising and screening for tenants as well. Doing all of this online without producing any paper or having to meet anyone in person saves so much time/energy, and my tenants like it as well.

Can keep each property cost center separate, sign e leases, works across multiple businesses I run, easy application and screening, multiple properties, great value.

I like a lot about TenantCloud. To summarize, I like the ability to maintain all property management related features in one place, the ease of use and comprehensive coverage of the accounting feature, the ability for tenants to download the app and submit payments, maintenance requests, etc directly from the app, the reporting functionality is great, and the application process is streamlined and professional looking.
