These are the latest features:
Financial reports including Operating statement, Expense report, and Monthly property report:
1. Operating Statement shows the invoices which have been marked “paid” for both income and expenses. The report includes records for all properties and units excluding liabilities categories (deposit, prepaid rent, pet deposit, etc.). The purpose of this report is to monitor cash-flow coming in and out of the rental property.
2.Expense Report provides the expenses based on the property or a specific unit. It is available for accrual type accounting only. The report shows all paid expense invoices for all properties and units excluding liabilities (deposit, prepaid rent, pet deposit, etc.). This report can be search based on an owner.
3.Monthly Property Report shows the property accounting based on each unit. Income and expenses include payments to the owner and management fees. This report is designed for a property manager in order to deliver it to an owner.
Besides reports, landlords have now the ability to delete conversations in Messages, and delete their contacts (tenants, owners and vendors).

We added rental application preview.
Landlords can now reset their account.
The move in process is improved. Landlords can now move in tenants straight from the tenants list. In addition, we added notes on the Lease Details page to clarify all the lease options.
The design of Maintenance Requests list is updated by adding the ability to upload problem photo to every request type.
For tenants, we updated Rentals List design and Maintenance Request design.
